After making his first appearance for England last week against Ireland, Ollie Lawrence is unable to play this weekend due to a minor hip injury.
Therefore, Eddie Jones has selected Henry Slade to start in the 13 jersey, who won a Gallagher Premiership and Heineken Champions Cup double with Exeter Chiefs at the end of last season.
George Ford makes a comeback to the England squad and starts at 10, while Jones reverts Owen Farrell back to inside centre.
Winger Anthony Watson and forward Luke Cowan-Dickie return from injury to be named on the bench.
England XV to face Wales:

Replacements: Luke Cowan-Dickie, Ellis Genge, Will Stuart, Jonny Hill, Ben Earl, Jack Willis, Dan Robson, Anthony Watson
Players to Watch
After his outstanding performance against Ireland last Saturday, scoring two tries for England, Wales will have to keep May quiet if they are to have any success this weekend in Llanelli.
Another stand-out performer last week, Itoje failed to disappoint England fans with multiple turnovers to his name, earning himself man of the match. It’s going to be hard for Wales to compete if he disrupts their attack as much as he did against Ireland.
Possibly seen as an obvious choice, but once again Farrell continues to perform. His recent games in the Six Nations and the Autumn Internationals have remained the reason why he makes the starting XV week in week out; at present, he’s one of England’s best distributors.
