Scotland head coach Gregor Townsend has announced his line-up ahead of Saturday’s Six Nations clash with Wales.
Exeter Chiefs double-winning duo Stuart Hogg and Jonny Gray in his starting XV, while talismanic fly-half Finn Russell also starts.
Townsend has hailed the return of some key players ahead of Saturday’s clash.
“It’s been great to bring in quality and experience to our starting line-up with players such as Stuart (Hogg), Jonny (Gray) and Finn (Russell) who have been involved in some high-level games in recent weeks,” he stressed.
“Ultimately, this game provides an opportunity for us to end this extended championship on a positive note.”
Scotland will be in search of their first win on Welsh soil since 2002, having won just one of their last 13 fixtures against Wales.
Saturday’s visitors currently sit one place above Wales in the table however, having beaten France 28-17 in their last Six Nations fixture back in March.
