Wayne Pivac has named his Wales squad to face England this weekend.

Scrum-half Lloyd Williams will make his first Wales start for four years in Llanelli.

Dan Bigger will partner Williams, as he starts at fly-half.

Talismanic figure Liam Williams misses out, while Leigh Halfpenny starts at full-back.

Louis Rees-Zammit, Johnny Williams and James Botham keep their place, after making their first start against Georgia last week.
